Samantha Spicker began dancing at the age of three, and discovered her love for musical theatre when she auditioned for her first SOC musical in 2014. From there, she became an active member of the SOC community, performing in stage musicals, the MT competition team, the tap competition team, and the jazz competition team, while also studying voice under Marilou Lafon. In addition to performing, Samantha served as a teacher’s aide for MT classes and MT summer camps through 2021, sharing her enthusiasm and experience with younger performers.
Samantha then attended the University of Oregon, where she graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Educational Foundations with a minor in Special Education in 2025. She is now pursuing her master’s degree in Elementary Education at Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont. Samantha is thrilled to be back at SOC, eager to combine her lifelong passion for musical theatre with her love of teaching to inspire the next generation of performers.
