Mel Dolar

Mel Dolar began dancing with Spark of Creation Studio in 2012, at the age of three. They started their SOC journey with hula/tahitian and ballet/tap classes. Since then, they have branched out to numerous dance styles, junior musical productions, and are now on SOC’s jazz, hiphop, musical theater, tap, and tahitian competition teams. Because of this, Mel has had the opportunity to participate in events such as the Junior Theater Festival, Tahiti Fete of San Jose, Hura Tahiti, and KAR National Competitions. In addition to this, Mel has competed as a soloist with Te Pura. They are excited to share their love for dance in their first year assisting hula/Tahitian classes at SOC.
