Korina Nia began her dance journey in 2011 in the Hula and Tahitian department. Over the years, her passion for dance continued to grow, leading her to compete in ‘Ori solo competitions beginning in 2013.
After an on-and-off relationship with solo competitions, Korina Nia discovered her love for group competition. She went on to perform and compete with Te Pura O Te Rahura’a in numerous competitions, with Tahiti Fete becoming one of her personal favorites.
Today, Korina Nia is focused on building her confidence in ‘Ori solo competitions. She hopes to inspire others to step outside their comfort zones, pursue their passion, and find the courage to compete. She looks forward to continuing to grow as a dancer and inspiring more people along the way.
